Songira ("Company", "we") provides an online service for creating personalized AI-generated songs, available at songira.com.
The end product is a unique audio file in MP3 format, created based on the details provided by the user ("User", "you") at the time of ordering: the recipient's name, style, language, mood, and personal story.
Because each song is created individually and is a custom digital good, special refund rules apply — described in Section 3.
To use the service, the user fills out the order form and provides:
Once the form is submitted and payment is made, the order is accepted and immediately sent for generation. The start of order processing constitutes the beginning of service fulfillment.
Refunds are not provided because the product is a unique custom digital item, created individually for each order and delivered immediately in digital form.
This policy is based on standard practice for digital goods: once a digital service has begun fulfillment with the consumer\'s consent, the right of withdrawal is forfeited (in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent legislation).
Exceptions — cases where we will review a refund or re-generation request:
In all of the above cases, we will re-generate the song for free or issue a refund at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the file to [email protected].
This section was prepared in accordance with Visa (reason codes 13.1–13.7) and Mastercard (codes 4853, 4863) rules for digital goods.
In accordance with payment system requirements for digital goods evidence, for every order we record:

Filing a chargeback for a product that was properly received and delivered constitutes friendly fraud. In such cases, we will:
The finished MP3 file is delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 5–15 minutes of payment.
If the email hasn\'t arrived — check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it\'s not there either — contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Song not received" and we will re-deliver immediately.
After successful payment, Songira grants the user a non-exclusive personal-use license for the received MP3 file. This includes:
Not permitted: commercial use, resale, or inclusion in paid content without a separate agreement with Songira.
All rights to the generation technology, prompts, and system belong to Songira.
Songira is not liable for:
Songira\'s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific order.
When using the service, you may not:
Songira reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by publishing a new version on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation within 30 days of a claim being submitted.
